Agreement for Services
This Agreement is made between The Scholarship Whizz (“Company”) and the Client (“You” or “Client”) for the purchase of services provided by the Company. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Description
The specific products and services you have purchased are outlined on the service page and in your confirmation email. These products and services may include, but are not limited to, e-book, essay templates, consultation, coaching, personalized search, and so on, related to scholarship applications.
2. Payment
The full fee for the selected service is due at the time of purchase. All fees are in the currency specified on the website and are non-transferable.
3. Refund Policy
Digital products (e.g. Ebook, templates, etc.) are delivered instantly upon purchase:
- Due to the nature of digital products, which cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
- Exception: A refund may be considered only if there is a verified technical issue with the product file that cannot be resolved by our support team. In such cases, please contact us with proof of the issue.
Services (e.g. Consultations, Coaching, Personalized search, etc.):
- All sales are final. However, a full refund may be requested from the time of purchase up until the start of the first introductory class or session.
- If you choose to withdraw from a coaching program after the first week has begun, but before the second week starts, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the total fee.
- No refunds will be issued once the second week of any coaching program has commenced.
- Refunds for other services (e.g., single consultations, workshops) are not available after the service has been rendered or the scheduled time has
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information as required for the service and to participate actively in the program as outlined. The success of the service depends on your commitment and effort.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for the outcome of any scholarship applications. The services provided are for educational and guidance purposes only. The Company’s liability is limited to the total fee paid by you for the service.
6. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Client and supersedes all prior agreements.
